Founded in 1981, Lancaster Self Storage is a privately owed and operated business and functions in connection with its parent company Bella Vista Group. Over the last ** years, Lancaster Self Storage has had to expanded twice, due to an increase in the demand for storage space for our customers. Originally starting with 350 units, Lancaster Self Storage now has over 500 individual personal storage units, warehouses and office/incubator spaces combined. We have a variety of spaces ranging from as small as a 5x5 to as large as a 1500 Sq. Ft. office/incubator space and warehouse space available up to 15,000 Sq. Ft.

Established with the intention of taking the needs of the customer in mind, Lancaster Self Storage has committed itself to providing its customer with the deepest level of customer service, respect and appreciation for trusting us to protect their property. We are ever endearing to improve on making the storage process all the more relaxing for our customers.

  We have an electronic security keypad system, which will not allow access to the facility unless you have an access code assigned to you via our storage office. When used this access code is recorded in the computer, giving us a complete list of who is coming and going from the facility at all times.

  We have security cameras running and recording 24 hours a day seven days a week. We record every customer as they come and go from the facility
